Litigation is unpredictable. To share the risk, we often employ a "Hybrid Success Fee" model for commercial disputes.
Hourly Rate
Standard billing for hours worked. Best for complex, undefined cases where scope may change.

Reduced upfront fee + a percentage (Success Fee) of the amount recovered.

Common Questions
Do these prices include VAT?
Prices listed for Georgian residents/companies are generally subject to 18% VAT. However, for international clients located abroad receiving digital legal services, VAT may not apply. We will clarify this during consultation.
Are government fees included?
No. The prices listed above are for our Legal Service Fee only. Government fees (e.g., Public Registry fees, Court State Duty, Translation/Notary costs) are paid separately by the client.
Can I upgrade my monthly plan?
Yes. You can switch between Basic and Corporate Growth plans at any time with 30 days' notice.
