This notice explains how personal data may be processed when you visit tbilisilaw.ge or contact us, the purposes of processing, our service providers and the choices available to you.

Who is responsible

The website is operated under the Tbilisi Law brand, providing legal services in Georgia. For questions about personal data, contact info@tbilisilaw.ge, at 34 Davari St, Tbilisi 0131, Georgia. You may request the full registered identity of the legal operator through this contact address.

Information we may process

When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, optional telephone number, subject and message, as well as any information you choose to include about a legal matter. Hosting providers may also generate technical server records, such as IP addresses and access times, for security and reliable operation.

Why information is used

We use correspondence to assess and answer enquiries, communicate about possible legal services, manage subsequent communications and comply with applicable legal obligations where necessary. Responding to a request you initiate relies on an appropriate legal ground permitted by applicable law; optional analytics is enabled only after your choice. Visiting or messaging this site does not, by itself, establish a lawyer–client relationship.

Contact form and email delivery

If configured, the contact form sends your submission using the third-party EmailJS service and the recipient email provider. If that integration is unavailable, the form may offer a copyable message for you to send yourself; it does not automatically transmit it. Please arrange a suitably secure channel before sharing highly confidential documents or sensitive personal information.

Analytics, cookies and preferences

The website can use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Top.ge to understand aggregate website activity. These optional measurement tools are loaded only after you accept analytics. Declining does not restrict ordinary website use. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed at any time through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. The particular cookies and provider transfers depend on the tags actually configured.

Fonts and external resources

The website uses fonts supplied by Google Fonts. When fonts load, your browser may connect directly to Google servers and share technical data, including an IP address. This request is independent of the optional analytics-consent setting. The use of this external resource should be assessed under applicable data-protection requirements.

Recipients and international transfers

Website hosting, email-delivery and mailbox providers may process data as necessary to provide their services; analytics providers receive measurement data only following the relevant consent. We do not sell visitors’ personal information or use enquiry messages to build unrelated marketing lists. Some service providers may process information outside Georgia, in which case applicable safeguards and transfer requirements must be considered.

Retention

Enquiries and correspondence are retained only as long as needed to reply, manage ongoing communications and, where applicable, meet legal record-keeping requirements or protect legal interests. Records no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised. Analytics retention depends on the active provider settings. You may ask about the retention of a particular enquiry.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, information about processing, correction, deletion, blocking or cessation of processing, and exercise other statutory rights. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Contact info@tbilisilaw.ge; you may also approach the competent data-protection supervisory authority.

Security and updates

We seek to use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this policy to reflect changes in services, providers or applicable requirements. The updated version will appear here with its revision date.
