Mikheil Gaprindashvili
Founding Partner
Mikheil possesses over a decade of extensive experience in the legal sector. He specializes in Private, Administrative, Civil, and Corporate Law, with deep expertise in Tax and Labour regulations.
His practice includes advising on state procurement, state property management, and insolvency proceedings. A seasoned litigator, Mikheil has successfully represented clients in numerous complex court cases.
Education: Master’s degree in Private Law, Tbilisi State University.

Managing Partner
Tamari brings over 10 years of professional legal practice to the firm. Her background combines valuable procedural experience in the courts with almost 10 years of corporate counsel experience.
Her core competencies include Contract Law, Tort Law, Insurance, and Labour Law, with a specialized focus on Administrative Law regarding permits and licenses.
